Wow, what an excellent experience. My wife, kids and I moved to bismarck in December and rented a place for a few months and then we finally contacted a local Realtor to make a home purchase. The team at Aladdin Realty made it happen. From the first contact to the last we were nothing but pleased. When we were negotiating the final offer, my wife and I were at a play with our kids. It was that easy. Suzy Shook, Realtor did the final negotiations while we were out having fun. She even brought us lunch when it was time to finally sign final papers.

Suzy was willing to show us numerous different properties that suit our needs. We looked at the fixer upper properties to the extravagant. Suzy climbed all of the stairs with us and she was very good at listening to our likes and dislikes. She actually listened and she looked for properties that met our requests, not her commission.

The house that we purchased had a small structural problem and Suzy found a contractor to look at the problem with us. The interesting thing is we asked her to find someone at Friday evening at 5:15pm for a Saturday morning walk through. She did it. We had a contractor standing next to us at 8am Saturday morning. You go Suzy!

I have purchased multiple homes for investments, and by far Suzy has been the most pleasant to work with. She communicated, she listened, she helped, and most of all when I couldn't get away from work to drop my papers off with the lender, she sent someone to make copies and run the papers to the lender. This has been the easiest experience. I would recommend Aladdin Realty to anyone.

Last spring, I moved into the home of my dreams. I did not know much about buying a house. I picked Aladdin Realty Inc. out of the telephone book because they were first on the list and also they were the first to respond to my needs. Margaret drove me around to see many different homes. The website was helpful. I didn't know what I really wanted or what was out there.

After three days of searching, I saw the home of my dreams. I love the backyard, the neighborhood, the high ceilings, the colors of the interior and really everything about it.

Margaret went above & beyond the call of duty as she recently helped us through our first home buying experience.

My husband and I have been looking for the right house for several years. We have worked with several different real estate companies over the years, but have never received the service that we received from Suzy. We have three children. Allison who is 10 and 3 year old twin sons Daniel and Austin. Austin has cerebral palsy and may be in a wheelchair someday so we needed the right house so that he could be as independent as possible. The home we were in was very small (519 sq.ft.) and really could not be modified to meet Austin's needs or our needs as a family of five, so we needed a bigger home, soon. The home that we have purchased is handicap accessible and perfect for our family. Now our children will have room to run and my husband and I are so happy.

I was looking at Suzy's card the other day and it says "Where Wishes Become Reality!" In our case it should say, "Where Dreams Become Reality!" Suzy was amazing, she did so much for us and around our crazy schedules. She assisted us with finding our financing and even helped us in the sale of our home, which we were able to use as the downpayment on our new home. She is phenomenal and she really cares for her clients and treats people with such finesse. I promised here homemade chocolate cake and coffee. I have never made homemade chocolate cake, but for Suzy I will. Suzy will always have a special place in the hearts of our family and she will be a lifelong friend.
