Their job is not to look out for your interests when buying. Almost all of the builders in the Bismarck/Mandan area appreciate having a REALTOR involved and overseeing the process. Don't be fooled by a builder telling you that they are "waiving the Realtor fee". All you're giving up is your right to representation.
